By accessing or using NodeGhost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and NodeGhost, operated as a sole proprietorship in the State of Nevada.
NodeGhost provides access to AI language models through a decentralized API gateway built on the Pocket Network (POKT) Shannon mainnet. The Service is an OpenAI-compatible API that routes requests through decentralized infrastructure to AI model providers.
Features listed as "coming soon" on our roadmap are not guaranteed and do not form part of the current service offering. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms without notice or refund.
Your API key ("ng- key") is your credential for accessing the Service. You are solely responsible for keeping it secure and for all activity that occurs under your key.
We will reissue a new key upon request. The old key will be revoked when a new one is issued. You are responsible for any charges incurred before a compromised key is reported.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.
The first 100 paying customers ("founding members") who subscribe to a paid plan will have their subscription price locked at the rate in effect at the time of their first payment. This rate lock applies for as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.
The rate lock is forfeited if the subscription is cancelled or lapses due to failed payment. Resubscribing after a lapse does not reinstate the founding member rate.
We offer a 7-day refund window on all paid plans. If NodeGhost does not work for your use case within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact [email protected] for a full refund of your first month's payment.
Refunds are not available after 7 days, for subsequent billing cycles, or for accounts suspended due to terms violations. The free plan is not eligible for refunds as no payment is collected.
NodeGhost is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure including the POKT network and AI model providers, which are outside our direct control.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and will communicate known outages via [email protected]. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are not currently offered and are listed as a future roadmap item.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NODEGHOST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NODEGHOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to NodeGhost in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NodeGhost and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Nevada.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify active customers by email with at least 14 days notice before the changes take effect.
